He first started to protect Tampa from August 2001 and vowed to never rest for his city, putting a huge emphisis on savning undeserving victims. Because of this, he never takes time on his own to discover who he REALLY is.

She has the power to make people sick with a variety of malpractice medical equipment. She's not easy to work with either, with a bitter and spiteful adittude, and very little empathy until she pays the price.

The Sampler is only in the villain business for the paycheck, the robberies, and the riches! Most morally sane of the group, he just does this to support his family of his wife and two kids. His power is taking someone else's vocal recordings and using them to manipulate people’s emotions. Worst he’s done criminally was being an accessory/assistant or bank robbery. His attacks are long range with music, but aren’t as easy to demonstrate in a comic book.

Fresh outta college, they're the mad scientists of the group, a pair of twin sisters who love nothing more than causing destruction with mechs and gadgets that they build! They could automate production for companies, but THEY WANNA DESTROY THINGS LIKE A KID WITH A TOY DINOSAUR AND LEGO BUILDINGS!
Rosanna is the more mellow of the two. She has a love of the simple things in life. Like pushing buttons, baking, and plants. She follows instructions in a very litteral degree, but will stand her ground if something seems too cruel.
Roxanne on the otherhand is results first, questions later! She puts down a chickenscratch plan, to get right into the action!
